What information do I need to provide?
Just the normal contact information such as name, address, phone numbers and email address.
When we deliver your fridge we need to see some photo identification. (Driver Licence or Passport)
How do I pay?
We collect the first month’s hire fee from you when we deliver the fridge. You can pay with cash, cheque or online while we are there. After that you set up a monthly automatic payment from your bank to us, starting a month after the delivery date.
What about other costs?
There are no other costs.
No set-up fee, no bond, no delivery fee, no pick-up fee.
What is the minimum hire period?
The minimum hire period is 3 months.
If you wish to hire for a shorter period, that is fine, but we will still need the total 3 months hire fee to be paid.
When will you deliver?
We can normally deliver within 24 hours of you ordering a fridge, at any time to suit you, including in the evenings and weekends.

What if my fridge breaks down?
In the very unlikely event of this happening simply contact us and we will have a replacement to you within 24 hours.
When I want to return my fridge how much notice do I need to give?
We require only one week’s notice.
How do I return my fridge?
Simply call us on Freephone 0508 736 823 to organise. There is no pick-up fee.
